The day-to-day role could include helping somebody to prepare their lunch, do everyday chores, go to activities, meet friends and family, visit health professionals, personal care. It could also include providing a friendly ear for a chat!

Hey look – we’ve just put our hourly rate up to the new National Living Wage!

For this we will pay you an hourly rate of between £10.90 and £16.35 (if you are providing emergency sickness cover), and if the citizen requires you to sleep on the premises, we will pay you £76.00 per night.

We offer part time and full time posts

Guaranteed contracted hours each week with the option to pick up overtime as required

29 days’ annual leave (including bank holidays) which increases with length of service

Annual leave enhancement based on your average earnings – paid for ALL your annual leave, not just the 20 statutory days
