Cymryd Rhan is an award-winning Charity that has worked with Communities in Wales for almost 40 years. We are not afraid of change, and have experience in running large Health and Social care contracts, Individual Direct Payment Services and delivering Business Support. We have employed over 100 employees at times.

We are a not for profit organisation and, any profit made by our Support Services, like this one, will be spent on the delivery of the services we offer In the community. An example is our telephone companion service which is for adults in Wales who are experiencing loneliness and isolation.

Our aim as an organisation is to help others to live their lives in their way. One of our culture codes is to be an organisation that is true to itself, authenticity weaved throughout. As an employer we aim to meet people with opportunity and without judgement.
